We looked at quite a few houses before we found 'the one', and Debbie never, not even once, made us feel pressured or regretful for passing on any of them. During the selling process Debbie maintained constant communication with us and managed the entire selling process. Selling a home can be a very stressful process and bring on some unwanted angst, Debbie was a constant presence through this process and helped reduce that stress by explaining next steps and keeping line of sight of the goal to help sell our home. Her background in the industry was a great comforting factor as she was able to manage showings, offers, and one off requests all while ensure the safety of our home was a priority.
