Debbie Sinani is a Partner at The Agency Scottsdale and the founder of Sinani Luxury Advisors, a distinguished luxury real estate team specializing in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Arizona’s most sought-after communities. With more than a decade of experience in residential real estate, Debbie has earned a reputation for delivering elevated client service, strategic negotiation, sophisticated marketing, and trusted guidance throughout every stage of the buying and selling process.

Known for her polished yet approachable style, Debbie views herself as far more than a traditional real estate agent. She considers herself a true real estate advisor — someone who advocates fiercely for her clients, negotiates thoughtfully on their behalf, and provides strategic counsel tailored to each client’s goals, lifestyle, and long-term investment objectives.

Debbie holds several respected industry designations including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Secondary Home Specialist certifications. She is also an exclusive member of REALM, a global collective of elite luxury real estate professionals representing some of the most accomplished advisors and high-net-worth clientele in the world.

As the founder and team lead of Sinani Luxury Advisors, Debbie has also developed an in-house training and mentorship program focused on helping agents elevate their business, strengthen client relationships, and confidently serve luxury clientele at the highest level.

Born in Toronto, Canada and raised in North Scottsdale, Debbie attended school in the Scottsdale and Kierland area before graduating from Arizona State University with degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Marketing.

Outside of real estate, Debbie enjoys traveling the world with her husband Derek, spending time with family in Toronto and St. Lucia, and relaxing at home with the family’s beloved dogs, Cooper and Reign.
